Ollantaytambo Guided Tour
Meet us at Plaza de Armas to start our guided tour of Ollantaytambo. We will walk to the Incan neighborhood of Qosqo Ayllu, preserving its heritage through its streets, squares, and sacred sites.
We will share the historical interactions between the Inca civilization and the Huari people, focusing on customs, religion, and traditions. Visit houses over 500 years old and stroll along the cobblestone streets to see canals crafted by the Incas.
Next, we will proceed to Pata Calle to explore the archeological site of Ollantaytambo. We will discuss the romantic story between Ollanta and Cusiqollor and then walk to Pinkulluna Mountain to observe ancient Incan granaries.
Afterward, we will take a one-hour break for a typical Peruvian lunch featuring ingredients from the Sacred Valley, including a starter, a broth, and a drink.
After 3 hours, we will conclude our guided tour of Ollantaytambo and return to the starting point.
