St Augustine Day Trip

After picking you up from Orlando, we'll set off to the historic city of St Augustine. Founded by Spanish Admiral Pedro Menendez de Aviles in 1565, it served as the capital of Florida until 1824.

St Augustine has a rich history, visible in the heritage of its colonial buildings and picturesque cobblestone streets. Once we reach the city, you'll have the day free to explore at your leisure. Discover the history of Spanish colonisation by visiting San Marcos Castle and Fort Matanzas.

In the city center, you'll have the opportunity to admire Flagler College and the Lightner Museum, formerly the old Alcazar Hotel. You can also go shopping and relax in one of the old town's many cafés.

During your visit, you can complete your tour by including a trip on the hop-on hop-off tourist train, cruising round the bay on a boat trip, or visiting the Pirate Museum (depending on your selected option).

We'll return to Orlando at around 5 pm.
