Valencia Day Trip
We'll meet outside the Oropesa del Mar tourist information office at 9 am and start our journey to Valencia. After an hour's bus ride, we'll arrive at the Levantine capital.
Our first stop will be the City of Arts and Sciences, where we will admire this modern complex featuring significant "third millennial buildings." Following this, we will visit the Palau de la Música de Valencia.
The next part of the tour will be on foot. We will explore the historic centre of Valencia, learning about its history and viewing important monuments. During the walking tour, we will visit the Central Market, Iglesia de los Santos Juanes, and Estació del Nord.
We will also enter the Lonja de la Seda, a gothic building from the 15th century. After this, we will tour the Cathedral of Valencia, known for its bell tower, the Torre del Micalet.
Between 1 pm and 5 pm, you will have free time to explore more of Valencia and try its local gastronomy.
We will meet back at the Torres de Serrano to begin the return journey to Oropesa, arriving around 7 pm.
