Valencia Day Trip

Our adventure begins at the Oropesa del Mar tourist information office, where we will gather at 9 am to depart for Valencia. After a scenic bus journey of approximately one hour, we will reach the vibrant capital of the Levante.

Our first highlight will be the City of Arts and Sciences, one of Valencia's foremost landmarks. From the bus, we'll take in the view of this impressive collection of modern structures characterized by "third millennium architecture." Next, we will proceed to the Palau de la Música de Valencia.

The tour continues on foot as we navigate through the historic heart of Valencia. Here, we will delve into the city's rich history while admiring its stunning landmarks. Our walking exploration will include visits to the Central Market, the Iglesia de los Santos Juanes, and the Estació del Nord, which are among the most iconic structures in Valencia.

We will also step inside the impressive Lonja de la Seda, a breathtaking gothic edifice dating back to the 15th century. Following this, our journey will take us to the beautiful Cathedral of Valencia. Have you heard that its bell tower is referred to as the Torre del Micalet?

Between 1 pm and 5 pm, you will have some leisure time to further discover the remarkable sights of Valencia and savor the city's renowned cuisine to recharge your energy.

We will reconvene at the Torres de Serrano, where we will then return to Oropesa, arriving around 7 pm.
