Travel to Ephesus to discover one of the best-preserved remnants of ancient times on the Asia Minor peninsula. The tour also includes visits to the House of the Virgin Mary and the Isa Bey Mosque.

Day Trip Details

Pickup from your hotel in Dalaman will occur at the indicated time, followed by a northwest drive to the site of Ephesus. The journey takes about four hours, after which a guided tour of this ancient Greco-Roman city will begin.

During the tour, you will see notable monuments such as the Temple of Hadrian, honoring the deified Roman emperor, and the Library of Celsus, a prominent bibliographic archive of the Roman Empire. Next, the visit continues to the Roman Theater, one of the key areas of the site, which could accommodate 25,000 people.

After exploring Ephesus, a local restaurant will provide a Turkish meal. Following lunch, the group will travel to Isa Bey Mosque, a significant architectural site from the Anatolian beyliks. The final stop will be the House of the Virgin Mary, where St. John took Mary after Jesus' crucifixion.

The tour concludes with a return to your hotel, lasting approximately 12 hours in total.
