Visiting the Abeno Harukas tower is essential for anyone in the city. On the 58th floor, you can admire the city from the 300 Observatory with 360-degree panoramic views. Before taking the elevator to 984 feet (300 metres), you can explore the garden on the 16th floor or the Sky Plaza on the 10th floor. After reaching the upper levels, you can move between the 58th, 59th, and 60th floors while enjoying the views. Refreshments are available at the coffee shop, and there is a shop for souvenirs.

Harukas 300 Observatory Opening Hours

The Harukas 300 Observatory in Osaka opens daily from 9 am to 10 pm. Last orders at the coffee shop are at 9:30 pm, and the final admission to the tower is one hour before closing. Opening hours may be subject to change.
