Nara, Kinkakuji & Arashiyama Day Trip

With this tour to Arashiyama, Kinkakuji and Nara from Osaka, you'll explore Japan's ancient medieval capital, a bamboo forest, and a golden temple.

Description

We will meet at Namba OCAT 1F, the Osaka City Air Terminal, and board a comfortable air-conditioned bus to Arashiyama, located on the outskirts of Kyoto. After an hour's drive, we will arrive at the bamboo forest, where we will stroll through the vegetation and cross the Togetsukyo Bridge.

A lunch stop will occur at a local restaurant with a buffet lunch, depending on your selected tour option. After lunch, we will proceed to Kinkakuji, known as the Temple of the Golden Pavilion, a World Heritage Site, where we will learn about its architecture.

The tour continues in Nara, the former capital of Japan from 710 to 784. We will visit Nara Park to see the friendly deer, offering opportunities for photographs.

Finally, we will return to the meeting point in Osaka, concluding after approximately 8 hours and 40 minutes.
