With this tour to Arashiyama, Kinkakuji and Nara from Osaka, you'll explore the ancient capital of Japan, visit a bamboo forest, and see a golden temple.

Description

We will meet at Namba OCAT 1F at the scheduled time and board an air-conditioned bus to Arashiyama, located on the outskirts of Kyoto. After an hour's drive, we will arrive at the bamboo forest, where we will stroll through the vegetation and cross the Togetsukyo Bridge. During the tour, we will share the legends of the area.

A lunch stop will be made at a local restaurant for a buffet meal, depending on your selected tour option. After lunch, we will visit Kinkakuji, the Temple of the Golden Pavilion, a UNESCO World Heritage Site where we will learn about its architecture.

The tour continues in Nara, Japan's capital from 710 to 784. We will explore the historic streets and visit Nara Park, home to friendly deer, allowing for opportunities to take photos with them.

We will return to the meeting point in Osaka after approximately 8 hours and 40 minutes.
