We'll meet at 9:30 am by the statue of Izumo-no-Okuni at Gion Station-Shij?, ready to explore Kyoto's typical delicacies and its charming streets.

Crossing over the Kamo River, we'll stroll through Ponto-ch?, known for its geisha houses. We will learn about the history of these streets, where traditional architecture and entertainment have been preserved since the 17th century.

We'll then reach Nishiki Market, where up to five tastings of typical Kyoto delicacies await us, including sweet dumplings, octopus, matcha ice cream, and tamagoyaki.

The market, with over 400 years of history, is known as "Kyoto's pantry". Discover the ingredients used in local recipes and indulge in traditional treats as we explore its food stalls.
