We'll meet at 9:30 am by the statue of Izumo-no-Okuni at Gion Station-Shij?, ready to discover Kyoto's most typical delicacies and explore its charming streets.

Crossing over the Kamo River, we'll take a stroll through Ponto-ch?, known for its geisha houses. We'll learn about the history of these streets, where traditional architecture and entertainment have been preserved since the 17th century.

We'll then reach Nishiki Market, where up to five tastings of typical Kyoto delicacies await. Enjoy sweet dumplings, octopus, matcha ice cream, and tamagoyaki. The market, with over 400 years of history, is known to locals as "Kyoto's pantry".
