Explore Osaka, Japan's Third-Largest City

We'll begin our free tour of Osaka in front of the Opa Starbucks building, discussing local culture and comparing various Japanese cities. Our first stop is the Ame-Mura neighborhood, influenced by American culture post-World War II and its impact on the Japanese business landscape.

Next, we will visit the Dotonbori Canal, where we’ll share stories, including the curse of Colonel Sanders. We will also take photos with the iconic Glico sign and see the Kuidaore Taro doll.

We will then head to the Hozenji Temple, which has over 383 years of history and survived the 1945 bombings. Here, we will discover the Buddha of finance and business, important for understanding the spiritual and economic essence of Osaka.

Finally, we will experience the aromas of wagyu beef, fresh sashimi, and crab at the Kuromon Market, learning about artisanal food preparation and Sakai knives. The tour will conclude after 2.5 hours near the market.
