Osaka Sightseeing Bus Tour

This sightseeing tour of Osaka is a practical way to explore the city's iconic places. You'll see its main monuments aboard an open-top bus and learn about its history with an audio guide in English.

Tour Option

You can choose between two options, both starting at Osaka Station JR Expressway Bus Terminal, including a 1-hour tour aboard an open-top double-decker bus with an audio guide in English.

Details of each option are below.

Umeda Route

The tour begins at the Umeda Sky Building, a 173-metre skyscraper. We will then visit Tsuyunoten Shrine and pass the Japan Mint before arriving at Osaka Castle, built in the 16th century. We will also see the Osaka Museum of History and the Hachikenya River Station, before admiring Osaka City Hall and the Bank of Japan headquarters. Finally, we will view the Nakanoshima Festival Tower.

Namba Route

This tour will visit Osaka City Hall and the Bank of Japan, followed by a drive along Midosuji Avenue. We will arrive in Dotonbori, famous for its neon signs and nightlife. Next, we will proceed to Nipponbashi Denden Town, the electronics hub. We'll spot the Tsutenkaku Tower and then head towards Abeno Harukas, Japan's tallest skyscraper. We will also pass Shitennoji Temple and explore the Tanimachi neighbourhood before returning to the Umeda Sky Building and the Grand Front Osaka.
