We'll meet at the indicated time at Masseria Valente, where we'll have an olive oil tasting. Ready to learn about the properties of one of the most important products of the Mediterranean diet?

After the introductions, we'll start walking through the facilities of the masseria. As we walk through its many large rooms we'll tell you about the history of these farms and fortified houses, which were owned by aristocrats and upper classes of Puglia.

Next, we'll go outside and walk around the ancient olive trees, enjoying the aromas of the Apulian countryside. We'll learn about the special olive harvesting process, how the mill is used and the specific processes employed to extract this liquid gold of the Mediterranean.

Time to taste! We'll enjoy a tasting session of the exquisite extra virgin olive oil from Apulia, with a tasting of the different varieties produced at Masseria Valente!

One hour and ten minutes later, we'll say goodbye at the entrance of the Masseria.
