We'll meet at the designated time at Masseria Valente for an olive oil tasting. Prepare to learn about the properties of one of the most important products of the Mediterranean diet.

After introductions, we'll tour the facilities of the masseria. During our walk through numerous large rooms, we will discuss the history of these farms and fortified houses, previously owned by aristocrats and upper classes of Puglia.

Next, we'll go outside to stroll among the ancient olive trees while enjoying the aromas of the Apulian countryside. We will cover the olive harvesting process, the use of the mill, and the special methods involved in extracting this liquid gold of the Mediterranean.

It's time for the tasting! We will enjoy a session featuring the exquisite extra virgin olive oil from Apulia, sampling the different varieties produced at Masseria Valente.

After one hour and ten minutes, we will conclude the experience at the entrance of the Masseria.
