Upon arrival at the Herriza de La Lobilla olive farm, we'll begin a visit focused on olive oil. Participants will learn about the production process of the so-called liquid gold in a unique natural environment.

The visit begins with an exploration of the famous Herriza olive grove located next to the oil mill. Here, we will discuss the olive harvesting process and the importance of preserving the natural environment, while walking through ancient wild olive trees.

Next, we will visit the olive mill to learn about the history of the farm and the production processes of Herriza de La Lobilla extra virgin olive oil. This includes experiences with both traditional and modern techniques, detailing steps from oil extraction to final bottling.

The tour culminates in a guided tasting of premium extra virgin olive oils, acclaimed both nationally and internationally. Participants will learn to appreciate the aromas, flavors, and nuances of this coveted product.
