2-Day Private Desert Tour

Day 1

On the morning of your tour, you'll be picked up from your hotel in Ouarzazate and taken towards Tinghir, traveling along the Route of the Thousand Kasbahs to the Valley of Roses and Dadès Valley. You'll stop to discover the Dadès Gorges and view geological formations like Monkey Fingers Canyon and Todra Gorge.

Continue towards Merzouga, crossing palm groves and making a stop for a meal before reaching Erfoud, known for its fossil fragments. In Merzouga, you will ride a camel to your haima, where you will spend the night and enjoy an authentic Moroccan meal.

Day 2

Start early with a camel ride to see a sunrise over Erg Chebbi. After breakfast at camp, you'll head to the Tafilalet Palm Grove near Rissani. Then, proceed to Alnif and cross the Anti-Atlas Mountains, passing the Amazigh communes of Tazarine and N'kob, and viewing the Draa Valley, before returning to Ouarzazate around 5 pm.

Accommodation

Choose between standard and luxury accommodation options in the desert. Rooms are double occupancy; triple and family rooms are available. Standard haimas can hold up to 4 people, with shared bathrooms, while superior haimas can accommodate 5 with private bathrooms. Showers are in common tents. An additional charge of 30EUR per person applies for air-conditioning in luxury camps.
