Oudtshoorn Night Nature Walk

Join us for a night walk through the veld of Oudtshoorn, focusing on nocturnal animals like scorpions with special UV flashlights. We'll meet at the designated time on the outskirts of Oudtshoorn to begin our stroll in search of fascinating nocturnal wildlife found in the Klein Karoo valley.

Equipped with ultraviolet flashlights, we will explore the Oudtshoorn veld, which features flat rural landscapes with grass and low shrubbery. Expect to encounter scorpions, spiders, frogs, and snakes during our adventure.

Although searching for animals in the dark may seem daunting, you will be guided by an expert throughout the experience. At the conclusion of our exploration in the moonlit veld, we will return to the starting point to end the night tour.
