Fray Jorge National Park Tour

We'll pick you up at 8 am at your hotel in Ovalle and head towards the Fray Jorge National Park, located 63 kilometres away. Fray Jorge is the northernmost Valdivian rainforest in Chile. During the tour, we'll discover the climatic characteristics that make this ecosystem unique.

We'll visit different areas of the Fray Jorge Forest, walking along various trails in this declared Chilean National Park. This protected area is near the Pacific Ocean, where the camanchaca or coastal fog contributes to the flowering.

As we walk through this rainforest, we'll also explore the origins of this ecosystem, formed by living organisms called 'biota'.

At the end of the tour, we will return to your hotel in Ovalle, arriving at 2 pm.
