Somiedo Natural Park Tour

Tour Details

On the tour day, we'll pick you up at the designated meeting point for an excursion to picturesque villages in the Somiedo Natural Park. Our first stop is at Alto de la Farrapona for a scenic walk. We’ll visit the Cave Lake for about an hour and explore secluded corners. Afterward, we’ll visit the Somiedo Ecomuseum to learn about local traditions.

Next, we’ll proceed to Pola de Somiedo, mentioned by the English explorer Joseph Townsend. Here, you’ll have free time to enjoy lunch and explore the town at your pace.

Finally, we’ll go to Santa María del Puerto, a village in the Cantabrian Mountains with captivating landscapes.

At the end of the tour, we’ll return to the minibus and head back to the meeting point, arriving between 10 and 11 hours after departure.
