Oxford University Guided Tour
At the appointed time we'll meet at 15 Broad Street, inside the Oxford Tourist Information Centre, to start a tour around Oxford University, one of the oldest universities in the world.
We'll delve into history and discover the reasons that led Henry II of England to ban English students from attending the University of Paris, which contributed to the rise of Oxford University.
During the guided tour, we'll walk around the exteriors of some notable colleges, such as Balliol College, All Souls College, Trinity College, Oriel College, and Merton College. We will also see the chapel of St Mary's Gothic Church and explore the Bodleian Library.
To complete the tour, we'll visit one of the oldest colleges, such as Brasenose College or New College, which served as a setting in Harry Potter. After a two-hour tour of Oxford University, we'll return to the starting point and conclude the guided tour.
