Geroskipou + Letymvou Tour

Description

At the indicated time, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Paphos to begin the tour of Geroskipou and Letymvou. Our first stop will be Geroskipou, where we'll visit a pottery shop, showcasing the ancient traditional craft of the Cypriot people.

We will proceed to the town square to see the Agia Paraskevi Church, built in the 9th century with 5 domes. It is believed to be the site of the former Temple of Aphrodite. You will also have the opportunity to try loukoumias, a traditional Turkish treat from the region.

Next, we will travel to the small town of Letymvou, where we'll visit a Cypriot house, that of Sophia. Here, you'll learn about traditional home life and see decorations and attire. Sophia will demonstrate how to cook bread in a clay oven and prepare local delicacies such as Halloumi cheese. Breakfast will be provided.

Following our meal, we'll explore the Paphos Old Market in the Old Town “Agora.” Inside, you'll find various boutiques and stalls offering clothing and accessories, while the outside features small shops, art galleries, scenic views, and coffee shops.

After 6 hours, we will return to your hotel, concluding the tour.
