On this hiking route through Antelope X Canyon, we will explore a lesser-known section of this famous gorge in the Arizona desert.

Antelope Canyon X Hiking Tour

We will meet at MP 308 Hwy 98 in Antelope X Canyon and board a 4x4 vehicle to reach the entrance of this natural monument in the Arizona desert.

This section of the canyon is less frequented than the Lower and Upper parts, offering a more leisurely experience without large crowds. The guide, a native of the Navajo people, will lead us through the first canyon.

After the first section, we will continue our 656.2 feet (200 meters) hike to the second section, featuring impressive scenery such as high sandstone walls and wind-sculpted trails as we traverse Antelope X Canyon.

Throughout the route, we'll observe distinctive rock formations of the gorge, with breathtaking views of sunlight filtering through, creating vibrant colors. Additionally, we will learn about the natural landscape's formation and its ties to the native Navajo people.

After an hour and a half walk, we will conclude the hiking route and return to the starting point.
