Lower Antelope Canyon Hike

Want to visit one of the most famous natural landmarks in the Arizona desert? On this hiking route through Lower Antelope Canyon, we'll walk through the lower part of this breathtaking gorge.

Tour Details

At the appointed time, we'll meet at Indian Route 222 Page to begin a hiking trail that will take us to discover the lower part of this impressive natural monument.

We'll walk for 10 minutes until we reach the entrance to Lower Antelope Canyon, the narrowest area of this geological formation located in Navajo territory.

Wandering between huge sandstone walls, we'll explain how this place has been shaped over millions of years through the combined efforts of wind and water.

We'll continue on a hiking route extending 1.1 miles (1.5 km) to appreciate the twists and turns of the canyon and its stone walls reaching up to 130 feet (40 m) in height. Since Lower Antelope Canyon receives more light than the upper area, you'll be able to take some incredible photos.

After an hour of hiking, we'll conclude the activity back at the starting point, finishing the tour after a total of around 1.5 hours.
