Description

At the indicated time, we'll meet at Calle O' Higgins s/n in Pisco Elqui, from which point we'll head toward Alto Elqui.

Our first destination will be Monte Fraile, where we'll explore the tasting room of the Elqui Capel Agricultural Cooperative. Following this, we'll visit the Fundo Los Nichos Pisco winery, one of the oldest in Chile, with a history dating back to the 18th century. Here, we'll venture into its underground cellar.

During the tour, we'll discuss Chile's pisco tradition, its origins, popularity, and the different varieties.

The tour will then continue at the Doña Josefa artisanal pisco distillery, where we'll visit its field of grapevines and enjoy a pisco sour tasting.

We'll conclude our tour by returning to the meeting point in Pisco Elqui, scheduled to arrive 3 hours after pickup.
