The Elqui Valley in Chile is known for its clear skies, making it a prime location for observing stars, galaxies, and planets.

We will meet at the designated time on O'Higgins Street in Pisco Elqui, then proceed to a location free of light pollution for sunset views over the Andes foothills.

Next, we will travel to the natural observatory of La Isla on the outskirts of town, where we will use a 20-inch telescope to observe planets, clusters, galaxies, and constellations. This location is ideal for stargazing due to its unpolluted celestial view.

We will also have access to the largest telescope in Pisco Elqui, enhancing the stargazing experience. To conclude the evening, a pisco sour cocktail will be served.

After the activity, transportation will be provided back to the meeting point in Pisco Elqui, with an estimated return time of about two and a half hours.
