Palazzolo Acreide & Noto Private Tour

On this private tour of Palazzolo Acreide, you'll explore one of the most beautiful towns in the south of Sicily and the town of Noto, the jewel of Sicilian baroque, following the guide's vehicle in your own car.

Tour Details

This activity is divided into 2 parts. Firstly, we'll take a 3-hour private walking tour of Palazzolo Acreide. The walk will start at Via Teatro Greco 8, where we'll see the ruins of the Greek theatre of Akrai.

Next, we’ll head to the historical centre of Palazzolo Acreide to view the baroque façade of the Basilica of San Sebastiano. The route will continue past Palazzo Lombardo and the Basilica of San Paolo.

Following this, you'll have 1.5 hours of free time for lunch. After lunch, we will reconvene in the town centre to proceed to Noto via your own car, following the guide's vehicle.

After a 30-minute drive, we will reach Noto. We'll walk along Corso Vittorio Emanuele III, visiting the Porta Reale and the church of San Francesco d'Assisi all'Immacolata.

The tour continues in Piazza del Duomo, observing the façades of the Cathedral of St. Nicholas, Church of Santa Chiara, and Palazzo Ducezio, the current Town Hall. We will conclude our tour at the Tina di Lorenzo Theatre. The total duration of the tour is 8 hours.
