Agua Azul + Misol-Há Day Trip

The waterfalls of Agua Azul and Misol-Há are essential visits when in Palenque. This tour allows you to explore these waterfalls and experience the Chiapas region.

Day Trip Details

We will pick you up at your hotel in Palenque at the scheduled time and travel to the Misol-Há waterfall, located 20 kilometres (12.4 miles) from the city.

This waterfall stands over 30 metres high (98 feet). You will have a chance to walk around Misol-Há and learn about the community's efforts to preserve the area's flora and fauna. You will also have the opportunity to admire the limestone grotto behind the waterfall. Don't forget to take pictures!

Next, we will visit the Agua Azul waterfalls, part of a Special Biosphere Reserve, noted for its stunning turquoise waters caused by carbonate salts.

Upon arrival, you will have 2.5 hours to enjoy Agua Azul, where you can swim in the pools and relax in the natural setting. Lunch will also be available to refresh you. Enjoy your time!

Finally, we will return to your hotel in Palenque, concluding the day trip after a total of 8 hours.
