Agua Azul + Misol-Há Day Trip

Day Trip Details

At the scheduled time, pickup will be at your hotel in Palenque to begin the journey to the Misol-Há waterfall, located 20 kilometres (12.4 miles) away.

Misol-Há, standing over 30 metres high (98 feet), offers a walk around the area and insights into the community's efforts to maintain local flora and fauna. A passage through the limestone grotto behind the waterfall is also available for viewing and photography.

Next, we will head to the stunning Agua Azul waterfalls, situated in a Special Biosphere Reserve. The distinctive turquoise hue of the waters, attributed to carbonate salts, is impressive.

Upon arrival, you will have 2.5 hours to explore Agua Azul, where swimming in the pools is permitted, and a lunch break is provided for re-energizing. Enjoy your time in this beautiful natural setting.

Finally, the tour concludes with your return to the hotel in Palenque after approximately 8 hours.
