Agua Azul + Misol-Há Day Trip

The waterfalls of Agua Azul and Misol-Há are essential stops for visitors in Palenque. This tour offers an opportunity to explore these stunning waterfalls and the Chiapas region.

Day Trip Details

At the scheduled time, we will pick you up from your hotel in Palenque and head to the Misol-Há waterfall, situated 20 kilometers (12.4 miles) away.

Misol-Há is over 30 metres high (98 feet) and is nestled in a natural paradise. We will take a walk around Misol-Há and learn about local conservation efforts for the area's flora and fauna. Visitors can also explore the limestone grotto behind the waterfall. Photography is encouraged.

After Misol-Há, we will proceed to the beautiful Agua Azul waterfalls. This Special Biosphere Reserve is known for its striking turquoise waters caused by carbonate salts.

Upon arrival, you will have 2.5 hours to enjoy Agua Azul, where swimming in its pools and relaxing amidst the nature is possible. A meal will also be available to help you recharge.

The tour concludes with a return to your hotel in Palenque, after a total duration of 8 hours.
