Tour Options

When booking, you can choose between the following 2 options. In both cases, we'll meet at the indicated time at the Porta Nuova in central Palermo.

Palermo Tour (3 Hours)

We'll begin our private tour by heading to the Palermo Cathedral. If it's open, we'll step inside and explore the impressive central nave.

Next, we'll visit the Quattro Canti, located at the intersection of Via Maqueda and Corso Vittorio Emanuele. We'll discuss the cultural traditions that have shaped the city.

Our journey will continue to Piazza Pretoria and Piazza Bellini. In Piazza Bellini, we'll visit the Church of Santa Maria dell'Ammiraglio, part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site. Note: It can only be visited from Monday to Saturday; on other days, we will visit a baroque church instead.

Afterwards, we'll explore one of Palermo's historic markets. Finally, after a total of 4 hours, we'll conclude the tour.

Palermo Tour + Palatine Chapel (4 Hours)

If you choose this option, after the tour, you'll have about 10 minutes for a snack. Afterwards, we'll head to the Palazzo dei Normanni, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

This palace is home to the renowned Palatine Chapel, known for its Byzantine mosaics. We'll explore the areas of this historic site, concluding the tour after a total of 4 hours.
