Description

We'll meet at Via Volturno at the indicated time and walk to where we'll do the Italian pizza and gelato workshop. An experienced pizzaiolo will guide us through the preparation of the perfect pizza, starting with stretching the dough and creating the ideal base for the toppings.

Once the ingredients are ready, it's time to put the pizza in the oven. We'll witness our creation rising until it becomes an authentic delicacy. Next, we will prepare a delicious Italian gelato, although only the chef will be cooking this part.

We will have the opportunity to taste the pizza and ice cream that we made, accompanied by wine or soft drinks. Additionally, you can take home a digital book of traditional recipes. After the experience, we'll distribute the certificate of participation, concluding the workshop in Palermo. Arrivederci!
