Formentor Beach & Traditional Markets Day Trip from the South

Tradition, sun & sea are combined in this day trip from the south, the perfect way to discover the Mallorcan coast. Explore a popular market and enjoy the paradisiacal beach of Formentor!

Day Trip Details

At the indicated time, we'll pick you up from your accommodation and head towards Alcudia. Once there, we'll have time to explore its narrow streets and discover local shops and squares.

The main attraction is the traditional market of Alcudia. We'll stroll among the stalls to see clothes, typical food, and artisan souvenirs.

After the market, we will travel to the Port of Pollensa and board a boat for a cruise to the beaches of Formentor. We'll have one hour to enjoy the crystal-clear waters and relax on the beach. The day will conclude with a panoramic tour.

Finally, after between 8.5 and 9 hours, we'll return to your hotel.

On Wednesdays, we'll visit the Sineu Street market. On Sundays, we will go to the Alcudia Street market.

The excursion includes pickup from the south of Mallorca, specifically from the pier of the Palma breakwater and hotels in areas including Arenal, Can Pastilla, Illetas, Portals, Cala Mayor, Palmanova, Magaluf, Santa Ponsa, Paguera, and Camp de Mar. For the east of Mallorca, you can book this excursion with pickup from hotels in:

If we cannot pick you up at your hotel, we will arrange a meeting point.

Itinerary Adjustments

Generally, trips to and from Formentor are by boat, but may occasionally be by minibus or bus if sea conditions are unsuitable.

Partial Closures

On Wednesdays, the street market in Alcudia is closed; it's open only on Tuesdays and Sundays. If the tour is on a Wednesday, we will visit the Sineu street market instead.
