Located in front of the Palma Cathedral, the Royal Palace of La Almudaina is a significant historical monument in Mallorca's capital. A ticket to La Almudaina allows you to explore this building, which serves as the Spanish royal family's official summer residence, though the royal household resides in the Palace of Marivent during the season. La Almudaina hosts various events, including the annual reception for Balearic high society representatives.

The palace originated as an ancient Arab fortress, later transformed by the Catholic monarchs into the headquarters for Mallorcan monarchs. Notable features include the Gothic Hall, used for receiving ambassadors, the Patio of Honour, and the remains of the Arab baths with hot, warm, and cold water rooms. Additionally, the Chapel of Santa Ana, built by King Jaime II in the 14th century, is also located here.
