Description

At the indicated time, we'll meet at the door of Porta Hotel del Lago de Panajachel. From there, we'll head to the pier to board a boat to Lake Atitlan, considered one of the most beautiful lakes in the world.

Our tour will start as we cross the lake, exploring its secrets and the Mayan villages that coexist on its shores, merging with the Tolimán, Atitlán, and San Pedro volcanoes.

Then, we'll arrive at San Juan La Laguna, where we will walk through its narrow streets with indigenous murals to meet Mayan women artisans. Here, we will learn about the natural dyeing of fabrics and the chocolate-making process.

Next, we will visit San Pedro La Laguna, exploring streets where the hippie community and the Mayan population intermingle.

We'll then return to the boat and head to Santiago Atitlán, visiting its local market, square, and church. Finally, we will enjoy a meal at a local restaurant featuring authentic Guatemalan dishes.

We'll return to the boat to cross the lake again and finish our excursion in Panajachel after approximately 6 to 7 hours.
