Explore the caves at Lake Bayano and enjoy an adventure in one of the most notable places in Panama. Kayak on an underground river and discover the local wildlife.

Bayano Caves & Kayak Tour

After picking you up from your hotel at the scheduled time, we will head towards Lake Bayano, a reservoir created in 1976 to provide hydroelectric power for Panama City.

An hour and a half's drive will bring us to the Bayano Lake Bridge, where we will have views of the surrounding natural landscapes. We'll then head to an islet on the reservoir, preparing for our adventure into the Bayano Caves.

Entering the caves, you will see various rock formations and wildlife inhabiting the space, including bats, reptiles, and spiders.

After exploring the caves, we'll return to the island for a break and lunch. Following this, we will change our clothes and begin kayaking down the Tigre River. During this activity, we will admire the scenery and wildlife along the river.

At the end of our 2-hour kayak tour of the Tigre River, we will return to the islet and get back on the bus for the journey back to Panama City. You will be dropped off at your hotel 8 hours after departure.
