Contadora Island Day Trip

At the scheduled time, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Panama City and take you to the port. There, we'll board a ferry to depart on an exciting tour of the Pearl Islands archipelago. The journey to Contadora Island will take 1 hour 30 minutes.

During the cruise, we'll learn the history of how the Spanish used to count pearls in this area before sending them to Spain, which is the origin of the island's name. From October to June, it isn't unusual to spot humpback whales in these waters.

Once we reach the island, we'll head to Cacique Beach. Here, you'll have access to a hotel where you can enjoy a delicious local lunch of chicken, rice, salads, and various vegetables included in the experience.

While on the island, you'll have free time to relax or explore other available beaches and sunbathe on the white sand.

We'll then return on the boat to Panama City, and the day trip will conclude with drop-off at your hotel between 5 and 5:30 pm.
