Day Trip to Fort San Jeronimo & a Private Island

Join us for an extraordinary experience on this day trip to a private island from Panama City, with a stop at the historic Fort of San Jeronimo in Portobelo.

Spend the Day on a Private Island in Panama

Pickup from your hotel in Panama City is at 7:30 am, arriving in Portobelo in approximately an hour and a half. Prepare for a day on a secluded island.

Before reaching the island, a half-hour guided tour of the ruins of Fort San Jeronimo will take place, which was built to protect against pirate threats. Next, we will board a small boat to our exclusive island retreat.

On the island, you can enjoy the Caribbean Sea; options include kayaking. Relax, lounge under an umbrella, and look for turtles, manta rays, or sailfish.

Around 1 pm, a local lunch will be served featuring chicken or fish, with sides such as coconut rice, french fries, or fried plantains. Afterward, enjoy free time for a final swim before our return to Portobelo.

Our minibus will take us back to Panama City, with an estimated hotel arrival by 4 pm.
