Day Trip to Fort San Jeronimo & a Private Island

Join us for a day trip to a private island from Panama City, with a stop at the historic Fort of San Jeronimo in Portobelo.

Spend the Day on a Private Island in Panama

Pickup from your hotel in Panama City will occur at 7:30 am, with an arrival in Portobelo in approximately an hour and a half. A half-hour guided tour of the ruins of Fort San Jeronimo will be included, after which we will board a small boat to the private island.

On the island, enjoy activities such as kayaking in the Caribbean Sea or relaxing under an umbrella while observing marine life including turtles, manta rays, and sailfish. A local lunch will be provided around 1 pm, featuring chicken or fish with options like coconut rice, french fries, or fried plantains. After lunch, you will have free time for additional swimming before we return to Portobelo.

We will return to Panama City, with an estimated hotel drop-off by 4 pm.
