Metropolitan Park, Ancon Hill, & Punta Culebra

Around 7:30 am, our team will collect you from your hotel, beginning an adventure to three astonishing locations within Panama City: the Metropolitan Natural Park, Ancon Hill, and Punta Culebra.

Our first stop is the expansive Metropolitan Natural Park, sprawling across an impressive 632 acres. We’ll embark on a one-hour hiking tour, searching for squirrels, marmosets, and colorful macaws that call this green oasis home within the urban landscape.

Next, we’ll board the bus and ascend to Ancon Hill, which soars to a height of 200 meters (650 feet) above the city. From this pinnacle, we can admire breathtaking vistas of the surroundings. Be on the lookout for toucans and hawks, as this location serves as a migratory route for over three million birds annually.

Our adventure continues with a visit to the Punta Culebra Marine Exhibition Center, dedicated to promoting knowledge of the tropical biodiversity. Here, you will have the opportunity to observe amphibians and even sloths.

We will round off this enriching day with a traditional seafood lunch at the Sirena restaurant, providing the perfect conclusion to our excursion.

At the end of our adventure, we will return you to your hotel in Panama City approximately 6 hours after our departure.
