Panama Canal Tour

On this tour, we'll discover how the ships pass through the Miraflores Locks and observe the operation of the Panama Canal, one of the most notable engineering works made by mankind.

At 8 am, we'll pick you up at your hotel in Panama City and head over to the Panama Canal. After a 20-minute drive, we'll arrive in Miraflores.

The Miraflores Locks are the last section of the Panama Canal before reaching the Pacific Ocean. In them, ships are lifted or lowered 16 meters (54 feet), depending on their direction.

We'll witness the passage of vessels through the locks and learn about the operation of the gates. This process takes about 30 minutes and occurs numerous times each day.

Afterwards, we will provide free time to visit the Canal Visitor Center and explore the history of its construction.

We'll conclude the tour by dropping you back off at your hotel 4 hours after pickup.
