This bike tour of Panama City combines sport and tourism. We'll cycle through the country's capital and learn about the history of its most important monuments.

At the time of your choice, we'll meet at Café Coca Cola, where the bicycles will be ready. During the tour, we will explore the history of the city, visit its key squares, and admire its iconic buildings.

We will discover why the old town of Panama City is a World Heritage Site by viewing the façades of the churches of La Merced and San José, the palace of Las Garzas, and the Arco Chato of the convent of Santo Domingo.

The tour highlights include Simón Bolívar Square, the bridge of love, the district of El Chorrillo, and the mural of wishes. We will also visit the seafood market in Panama City for a ceviche tasting.

After 2.5 hours of cycling, we will conclude the bike tour at the starting point.
