Options

When booking, you can select from two options. Both tours begin at the Go Panama Bike Tours Office and include an English-speaking guide and electric bike and helmet rental.

Old Town Tour (2.5 hours)

This classic tour lasts 2.5 hours, visiting iconic spots in old town Panama City. It includes the Las Bóvedas Monumental Complex, the National Theatre, Plaza de Simón Bolívar Square, and San Francisco de Asís Church. You will also see the Palacio de Las Garzas, Santo Domingo Convent, and the Panama Canal Museum. The tour concludes with a visit to the coastal strip and a stop at the fish market.

Timetable: This tour starts at 9:30 am and 3:30 pm.

Old Town, Coastal Strip and Calzada de Amador Tour (3.5 hours)

This option includes all old town attractions and adds a visit to the coastal trail, crossing the bridge over the Pacific Ocean. It continues to the Calzada de Amador, connecting the islands of Naos, Perico, and Flamenco, providing views of Panama City and the Pacific entrance to the Canal.
