Day Trip to Venas Azules + Playa Blanca

Your adventure begins with a pick-up from your hotel in Panama City, then we will embark on a journey north to explore northern Panama.

After a scenic 2-hour ride, we will reach Portobelo. This charming town is renowned as one of the top destinations in the Panamanian Caribbean. Here, we will board a boat to visit Venas Azules, a stunning spot within Portobelo National Park. The area is characterized by vibrant blue rivers that meander through a verdant landscape.

After soaking in the beauty of Venas Azules, our journey will continue with a sail towards Playa Blanca, famed for being one of the most beautiful beaches in the Panamanian Caribbean. Take the time to enjoy this idyllic retreat, featuring soft sands and turquoise waters. Here, you can swim, sunbathe, or simply relax while taking in the coastal scenery. Feel free to unpack your packed snacks and savor a meal in this serene setting!

Once you have relished your beach experience, we’ll pause to admire the Caribbean vistas within Portobelo National Park. The palm trees, lush foliage, and idyllic beaches come together to create a picturesque landscape, ideal for memorable photographs.

To conclude our adventure, we will sail back to the Portobelo dock and begin our return to Panama City, approximately 9.5 hours after you were picked up.
