At the scheduled time, we'll meet at the main entrance to Casa Moreiras, one of the oldest wineries in Galicia, established in 1692.

This renowned wine tourism centre in the southern area of Lugo will reveal the origins and evolution of the wines of the Ribeira Sacra Designation of Origin.

When booking, you can choose between the following options:

Winery Visit with 2 Wine Tastings (45 minutes)

This option includes a guided tour of the Casa Moreiras Winery, where we will explore its 17th-century history. We will learn about the different native grape varieties and the techniques used in vineyard care and wine-making processes. The visit concludes with a tasting of 2 Ribeira Sacra Wines at the old dovecote in the winery.

Visit to the Winery + Vineyard + 3 Wine Tastings (1 hour)

This option starts with a visit to the vineyards to learn how to distinguish grape varieties, the characteristics of Ribeira Sacra lands, and the climate's impact on wine production. This is followed by a guided tour of Casa Moreiras Winery. The experience culminates with a tasting of 3 Ribeira Sacra wines in the wine-tasting room of the old dovecote.
