Waterfall Jumping in Micos

This activity involves wild waterfall jumping in the Micos River, which features 7 waterfalls ranging from 30 centimeters to 20 meters (65 feet) in height. Participants can also experience the La Bruja suspension bridges for balance over the jungle.

Waterfall Jumping in Micos + Ziplining

This option combines waterfall jumping with the suspension bridges and adds a challenging zip line at 80 meters (262 feet) above sea level.

Rafting on the Tampaón River

For those seeking adventure, this rafting activity on the Tampaón River includes navigating class III rapids through a canyon. Participants will also see the Puente de Dios, a turquoise blue pool surrounded by waterfalls and caverns.

Abseiling in Minas Viejas + Waterfall Jumping in Micos

This activity features a 50-meter (164 feet) abseil down the Minas Viejas waterfalls, followed by a unique tour through the 7 waterfalls of the Micos River.
