The Zagorochoria region offers beautiful springs and mountainous landscapes. We will experience these views while abseiling down the Nefeli gorge for an adrenaline rush.

Abseiling in Nefeli Gorge

At 10 am, we will meet at the parking lot on the Epar.Od. Kalpakiou-Papigkou road to travel to Nefeli Gorge.

This gorge is situated in the region of Zagorochoria, known for its villages, monasteries, and stone bridges. Streams flow through the gorge from the peaks of Astraka and Tsouka, contributing to its lush landscape.

The activity begins with a 15-minute walk to explore the local vegetation and wildlife. At the trail's end, we will encounter waterfalls and natural slides, some reaching 24 meters (82 feet) in height.

To complete the tour, we will walk for an additional 45 minutes through the gorge's rocky walls.

We anticipate returning to the starting point by around 3 pm.
