Incredible wildlife and beautiful beaches: discover the natural wonders of Peru on this tour of the Ballestas Islands and Paracas National Reserve.
Ballestas Islands & Paracas National Reserve
On the day of your tour, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Paracas at 9 am and proceed to the port, where a speedboat will take us to the Ballestas Islands. This boat trip offers views of diverse wildlife, including sea lions, birds, and Humboldt penguins. We will also pass by the Paracas Candelabra, a 2000-year-old figure with unknown origins, where we will discuss various theories about it during the tour.
Following our boat excursion, we will explore the Paracas National Reserve on land. The tour includes a visit to the Interpretation Centre to learn about the coastal reserve's native plants and wildlife, as well as the Cathedral, a rock formation that symbolizes Peru.
We will visit Red Beach and Yumaque Beach before concluding the tour with a drop-off back at your hotel in Paracas at 1 pm.
