Ballestas Islands Tour

At the selected time, pickup will be available from Paracas to the local port to board a speedboat for a tour of the coastal landscapes of the area.

During the cruise along the Paracas Peninsula, you will see the enigmatic Paracas Candelabra, a pre-historic geoglyph carved into the hillside.

The cruise will proceed to the Ballestas Islands, where local wildlife such as sea lions, Humboldt penguins, and various sea birds can be observed.

Information about the wildlife in this environment, including the nesting habits of guano birds, will be shared during the tour.

The boat trip concludes at the port in Paracas at 10 am, and returning to your hotel is expected around 10:30 am.

The excursion includes pickup from main hotels in Paracas: Libertador Luxury, Hotel la Hacienda, Hotel San Agustin, Aranwa Paracas, Hotel Hilton, Gran Palma, Emancipador, Paracas Sunset, Mar Azul, and Gamonal; as well as from the Bus Station.

Changes to the itinerary

The activity is subject to weather conditions. If the Ballestas Islands portion cannot be conducted, an alternative visit to the Blancas Islands will be provided.
