When booking, you can select between two routes based on your skill level and bike rental needs. Pickup is available at your hotel or you can meet at the meeting point at 6:30 am. Below are details for each option.

Bike excursion for beginners

The excursion begins at the Vida na Terra farm with an organic breakfast. The bike ride through the Cerrado ecoregion follows the Lava Pés route. Notably, the Cerrado is Brazil's second largest biome. Participants will cycle past key monuments such as the Juscelino Kubitschek Bridge, Three Powers Square, the Cathedral, the National Museum, and the esplanade of the Ministries. The route includes the bike path connecting the Centro Cultural Banco do Brasil with the Golf Club and a view of Paranoá Lake.

After lunch at Pontão do Lago Sul, the final stop will be the Ermida Dom Bosco chapel, designed by architect Oscar Niemeyer. The total biking distance is 40 kilometres.

Cycling excursion for experts

After breakfast at the Vida na Terra farm, participants will cycle to the São Bartolomeu River and choose between two descent routes along the Bee Trail. Following a break, we'll climb to Fazenda Taboquinha, with a viewpoint along the 2-kilometre walk to admire the Leste plateau.

The route continues to Trilha Bundinha, where cyclists may cross streams and swim in river waters. After cycling 28 kilometres, we will return to Vida na Terra for a typical lunch, concluding the excursion at 2:30 pm.

Pickup

The excursion includes hotel pickup and drop-off in Brasilia. For those staying in other areas, it is necessary to go to the meeting point at Condomínio Privê Morada Sul.
