Choose between two routes for different levels. Depart at 6:30 am from your hotel or meeting point. Enjoy breakfast at Vida na Terra farm before biking through the Cerrado ecoregion on the Lava Pés route. Explore Brasilia's main monuments and Pontão do Lago Sul for lunch. Visit Ermida Dom Bosco designed by Oscar Niemeyer. Cycle a total of 40 kilometers.
Cycling excursion for experts
Start at Vida na Terra farm, cycle to São Bartolomeu River, and choose between two routes for the descent. Visit Fazenda Taboquinha farm and Trilha Bundinha for a swim. Return after a 28-kilometer route and enjoy a typical lunch. End the excursion at 2:30 pm.
