Embark on a hike to Praia do Sono, a stunning and well-preserved coastline in Paraty. Enjoy splendid views of the Atlantic Forest from Praia dos Antigos.

Meet at 7:30 am on Roberto Silveira Avenue in Paraty and drive 17 miles to Laranjeiras. Start the hike to Praia do Sono, taking about an hour and a half through the Atlantic Forest and the Environmental Protection Area of Cairuçu.

Arrive at Praia do Sono, a fishing village surrounded by almond trees. Taste local caiçara cuisine, relax on the sand, and swim in turquoise waters. For the adventurous, continue hiking 40 minutes to the deserted beach of Antigos for a breathtaking view.

After a day in nature, return to Laranjeiras and then to Paraty by 2:30 pm.
