Sugarloaf Mountain Hiking Tour

Our adventure begins in the morning at Roberto Silveira Avenue in Paraty, where we will gather before heading to Sugarloaf Mountain, conveniently situated by the picturesque Saco do Mamanguá Gorge.

To start, we will board a boat for a scenic 40-minute ride to Cruzeiro beach. Upon arrival, the hiking journey to the mountain's summit will commence, allowing us to immerse ourselves in the vibrant ecosystem of the Atlantic Forest.

The ascent along the steep trails will require about an hour of hiking, but the incredible vistas awaiting you will make the effort worthwhile. Once we reach the summit, you'll have 30 minutes of leisure time to relax, capture photos, and take in the stunning panoramas of the Saco do Mamanguá Gorge from the lookout point.

We’ll then retrace our steps back down, and upon reaching the base, you'll have time for a delightful lunch and a refreshing swim in the warm waters at the beautiful Cruzeiro beach.

At the end of the day, we will make our way back to Paraty, concluding this remarkable tour at our starting point around 2 pm.
