On the day of the activity, we'll meet at Amado Nevero 102 for an immersive tour of Mexico's famous wine region, known as the first winery in the Americas.

During our Cerro Colorado Wine tour, we'll learn about desert plants such as sangre de drago, lechuguillas, guayule, and alicoches, which play a crucial role in the wine-making process and contribute to the country's unique cuisine.

Following the educational segment, we will proceed to the wine-tasting experience. Each wine is cultivated with unique desert aromas.

To conclude our tour, we will taste 3 wines from notable wineries in the Parras Valley: Casa Madero, Rivero Gonzalez, and Camino Corazón, paired with discada norteña, a local dish comprising beef, pork, and vegetables.

After an enriching and satisfying 6 hours, we will return you to the starting point.
