At the scheduled time, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Parras de la Fuente and head to the renowned Rivero Gonzalez vineyards, a key winemaker in Coahuila.

During this exclusive tour, we'll delve into the process of grape transformation into the exquisite Parras wine. You'll indulge in a tasting experience featuring three varieties from the winery along with a selection of cold meats.

Approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes later, we’ll journey to the heart of Parras de la Fuente, where you'll discover its history and the Jesuit influence in its temples. We'll explore the market at Plaza del Reloj, which has stalls showcasing traditional handicrafts.

You will have an hour of free time for lunch, with a suggestion to try local cuisine at the well-known Las Parras de Santa María restaurant, noted for its paella.

Afterward, we'll visit the second vineyard of the day, Las Pudencianas. We’ll enjoy a welcome drink and explore the history of the winery and its vineyards.
