Parras de la Fuente Sweets Workshop
We will meet at Amado Nervo, 102, in Parras de la Fuente, and proceed to the Segovia Fuantos winery facilities for the traditional Parreño sweets workshop.
This 4-hour workshop will be led by a local cook, who will instruct us on making sweets using pecan nuts as the main ingredient.
Participants will enjoy the sweets made during the workshop, and will receive a small token representing the history of this Mexican region as a keepsake. We will conclude back at the meeting point after approximately 2.5 to 3 hours.
