Canoeing down the River Sella is a popular activity in Spain, allowing participants to explore the Asturian region at their own pace.
Description
The meeting point is at Plaza Venancio Pando de Arriondas, where a 15-minute briefing by the guide occurs before starting the canoeing experience. The 4-hour excursion involves paddling downstream to appreciate the landscape between Arriondas and Llovio. A picnic lunch is available upon request, consisting of a sandwich, a candy bar, fruit, and water. After the descent, participants return to the meeting point.
Schedule
Canoeing departures occur every 15 minutes from 11 am to 6 pm.

Routes
Participants may choose from routes departing from Arriondas based on their preference and physical condition:
7 km (4.3 miles) Route: takes 1 to 2 hours, reaching Nuevo Tora.12 km (7.4 miles) Route: lasts 2.5 to 3 hours, passing Toraño to Llordón.15 km (9.3 miles) Route: takes 4.5 hours, from Arriondas and Toraño to Llovio, near the Sella dock on the Ribadesella estuary.

Participants must be at least 6 years old and 120 cm in height (3'11").
