Pasto Tour
We'll meet at 2 pm in the central Plaza de Nariño to start the tour through iconic places of Pasto. Join us to learn why it is called the 'Surprise City'.
After exploring the history of Pasto in Plaza de Nariño, we'll tour its churches. The town has 25 churches, earning it the title of 'Theological City of Colombia'.
We'll admire the cathedral Corazón de Jesú, the church of San Juan, and the churches of Cristo Rey and La Merced. We will also visit the Carnival Museum to see samples of the local celebration and explore varnishing workshops, a characteristic handicraft of the city.
The final part of the tour focuses on Pasto's cuisine. You will see how traditional paila ice cream is made, and enjoy a tasting of Colombian coffee with an expert barista discussing its brewing process.
We'll conclude the tour by returning to the starting point at 6 pm.
