Activity Details

Day 1

At the scheduled time, we’ll meet at the Century Park Hotel Ratchaprarop to depart for Kanchanaburi province, located 128 km (80 miles) west of Bangkok.

Once there, we’ll visit the Thailand-Burma Railway Centre, an interactive museum dedicated to the history of the railway.

Next, we’ll head to the famous Bridge over the River Kwai, part of the Death Railway built by Allied POWs. We’ll then reach Saphan Kwae Yai Station, Ban Tai, where we’ll board a historic train of the Death Railway that crosses original wooden viaducts.

We’ll arrive at Krasae Cave Station and walk along the wooden bridge built by the POWs. After that, we’ll continue to the Raft Resort, check in, and enjoy a light lunch. After some relaxation, you’ll have the chance to try bamboo rafting before dinner and rest for the night.

Day 2

After breakfast, we’ll begin a day full of adventures. Our first stop will be the Hellfire Pass Interpretive Centre, where you’ll delve into the history of the Burma-Thailand Railway through exhibits and follow the Hellfire Pass Memorial Trail.

Later, we’ll enjoy lunch at a local restaurant. Afterward, we’ll explore the ancient history of Prasat Muang Sing Park, home to old temples and structures from past civilizations.

Filled with emotions and lasting memories, it will then be time to return to Bangkok.
